A shotgun-toting man in Lower Township, N.J., allegedly shot down a drone, but not because it was flying over his house. Rather, it was flying over a neighbor’s house — where it was photographing a construction project at the home.
It took several shots to take it down.
Russell Percenti, 32, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief and weapons charges, and was released after posting $250 bail.
